3. Service Terms

All repair and maintenance services are subject to the following terms:

• Services are provided based on equipment condition and availability of parts
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Payment terms will be specified in the service quotation
• Warranty terms vary by service type and will be communicated separately
• Customer is responsible for equipment transportation unless otherwise agreed

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes including GST. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time.

5. Warranty and Liability

We provide warranty on our repair services and spare parts as specified in the service agreement. Our liability is limited to:

• Re-performing defective services at no additional charge
• Replacing defective parts covered under warranty
• Refunding the service fee if repair cannot be completed

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about equipment condition
• Ensuring equipment is clean and safe for service
• Following recommended maintenance schedules
• Proper use of equipment after service
• Timely payment as per agreed terms

7. Intellectual Property
